First round of BEMSEE 2015 - Brands Indy 28-29th March

While the minitwins corner of this forum is generally a bit quiet, I thought I'd pop up that a couple of the Soho/SELKENT riders are having a go at a little bit of racing this year. I don't think any of us are doing a full season, but if you want to come along for a day out watching club racing you can keep an eye at the back of the Rookie Minitwins section and cheer us out of the gravel. Also on the day will be MZ250 racing, and 250/125 past masters, so anyone with a 2 stroke fettish should have a fine day out.

Paperwork has come through, bikes are nearly finished (do not ask about fitting fairings that are designed for the bike in question, fit and forget they most definitely were not).

For the Rookie Minitwins keep an eye out for #82, #83, #84, we will be in the paddock somewhere and I'm pretty sure anyone with a ticket can wander in and say hello

Saw you out there, you were certainly getting a move on and looked great!

Our success was a little more modest. I wasn't quite last, TSM did quite well but his motor gave up in practice so we had to convert a road bike from scratch for him which was work we hadn't scheduled!

It was an experience for sure, and I'm not quite sure which round we'll be able to make next (I'm pre-booked for Pembrey as I have the weekend free) but I'm hoping to improve and be lapped a little less!

Yeah something clicked for me this weekend done my best ever times but still just cant break into the 51s yet maybe on a warmer day! 52.054! My dad (No:444) was in the rookies and got his first ever pot
