Default advice needed

Hi all,

I am in need of some advice as i said before I was cleaning the air filter out on my K5 sv 650, I then had a problem the F1 light is on and sometimes the bike backfires,
It never did this untill i was messing with the airfilter.

Does any have any ideas !!!

You sure you didn't know one of the plugs of one of the sensors on the underside of the airbox?

Or put the bike in dealer mode and see what the fault code is.

You need to short two pins on the dealer plug under the seat. Search for TPS adjustment, and it tells you how to do it. There are fault codes available from somewhere (manual?) for when you've done it.

Airleak around the area you have disturbed? If all is not seating snugly an inlet airleak could cause backfiring and rough running.
