Default Spannering Costs

Bearing in mind YC won't come to West Sussex to sort my bike, how much should I allow for a full service?

Do it yourself & save.

Carb balancing
Oil
Plugs
Filters

Are pretty straight forward + Save you a good 100+ on labour.

Just assume, for the sake of argument, that letting me loose with a spanner is not necessarily good for the the health of the mechanical item in question or, indeed, me.

Have you asked him? He is mobile after all And paying for fuel on top would probs still work out cheaper than paying a dealer or similar....would depend on how much is involved in the service for it to be worth both your whiles

I'm in Surrey and could show you how to do all the above for free.
Would have to be on one of my days off shift mind. I don't have carb tune or the like but oil, oil filter, air filter no problem and plugs are easy just annoying to get at.
