I didn't notice, it must depend on how you ride. What did you feel wasn't working well?

It's hardly a very subtle piece of kit, but once really tramping on it wallowed even with my miserable 65kg on board, unless I increased the preload one step, it's all a bit of a compromise though. It's well worth changing of you're going to go fast, which this guy is by the sound of things. My speed is more like the middle of the inters group.

I try very hard to be smooth on track, (and on the street too) and had no problems with the stock shock. I went fast with it, and have seen better riders go really fast with it, like winning Suzuki Cup races.
It's worth trying it out before spending the money to replace it. You might find out, like I did, that it isn't the bike limiting your lap times.

Half of the job of suspension is giving you confidence, a bit like a personal trainer, and the other half is actually giving you the grip. I never had real performance problems as far as I recall, but it didn't inspire confidence like a good one does, by a long chalk. So now a good one makes me faster, even if not for entirely technical reasons.

The front forks will Deffo need firming, I can see them bottoming out.
Rear shock I might leave until I get it tested.
So new up rated springs and thicker fork oil.
Supercorsa rubber k1 k2
And we good to go...
Just need good weather .....
