These days most insurers are asking whether you've taken a speed awareness course and treating it like an SP30, so there is much less incentive to spend a day being told that speeding can be dangerous.
This is unfortunate because the awareness course might change some drivers behavior where a £80 fine wouldn't. Discuss.... |
