Border Reiver Fuel stop- South of Otterburn (Knowesgate)
Intentional Hitler post from Pennines Massive
Just to give everyone the heads up. The Border Reiver stations looks to have bitten the dust. Past twice in 3 weeks and the pumps have been bagged up. That now leaves the following places along/ around the A696 - Newcastle Airport - Jebrugh (A6  - Bellingham (when open) - Scots Gap (again when open) - Thropton/ Rothbury Now fuel roulette who fancies for a round?

That's a potential pest, thanks for the heads up And.
I remember finally finding THAT petrol station after trawling round the countryside on a very quiet Sunday afternoon with not many miles left so better not rely on it in future. |
