No, it is a competition fishing lake which belongs to an angling club. The lake is off limits unless you have prior arrangement with the owners which we know some guys have to go fishing. We don't want to upset our hosts by messing around in their lake.

There's some nice benches and grassy area's around the edges of the lake to sit around and have a beer and a natter, so it should be cool.

I thought alot of that was just banter...

We do need to make sure we stay out of the lake though, so if peeps start saying about it again, perhaps we can direct them back to Liz's post above ?
