I've been trying to get into of mice and men, but just can't, so now I'm reading visordown mag instead :P Though I have been learning how to do cryptic crosswords, that's quite fun.

Never got into Steinbeck myself, so I can sympathise.

I'm making an effort to read all the books people say you should read, the old ones. Grapes of wrath is another I've been told I should read, if its anything like mice and men I won't bother. Wuthering heights next I think.

Well if it's books you should read, add War and Peace by Tolstoy and Cancer Ward by Aleksandr Solzhenitsyn

Brave New World by Aldous Huxley too.

I met another .Orger today

Old_Git was selling a tow ball that fits my car so we headed off over there to pick it up.

A cup of tea, chat and a towball later and were off to find some dinner somewhere.

A nice day out and met another top bloke
