AR09 - details please.
Ok this is probably a bit early but I need to make some special arrangements to attend events so I wanted to ask if there were any details yet for AR09 like when and where?

No not yet. Give us a chance we've only just got 08 out of the way.

Re: AR09 - details please.
Thats my thoughts as well. Theres some work going on at the moment from a couple of teams who are looking at what they can provide.
When they have finalised their proposals we'll be in a position to start planning and voting on where and when. In the meantime if anybody else wants to step up and offer to put together a proposal for next years AR you're more than welcome to.

Re: AR09 - details please.
I might launch the London bid: Camping in Hyde park, ride out route to include the beautiful twisties of Soho and Piccadilly circus, the Hyde park GP, and maybe the wonderfully windy M25...

There are a couple of Scout Campsites either just inside, or just outside the M25, and plenty of nice roads once you get outside the '25. And for a laugh we could do Filtering in Suicidal Conditions training on the Friday/Sat nights pre pub, 1 Soho-ite to 2 Country-types I think you could be onto something big guy

I was thinking where you could hold a possible AR08 event in london
I say we organise it. By "we" I mean "you guys" while "I" stand back and watch. |
