Well, it took me 1 minute to replace the reg/rec and about another hour to get the flippin' seat cowling back on, typical!

The good news is that at 4k rpm the multi meter took a reading of 13.4v which is spot on, so hopefully that is problem solved. I've charged the battery to full and will now stop using the optimiser and see what happens. And i did it all myself

Nice seeing a girl sort herself out

I always worried when taking the seat plastics off. Always thought something would break. Shame they didn't put the rec/req somewhere more accessible.
