Other than that ... dunno ... I might try and set up a proxy server on my linux PC in the back bedroom (did I just say that out loud?!? there goes my credibility!). Of course if the stepson didn't download all manner of sh*te from t'interweb-thingy I wouldn't need to go to such lengths, but there ya go!
