Hi all
Does any one know what socket fits the Diagnostic plug on the K5 svs and if I can get one fron RS or Mapplins with the spades? I want to make up a short lead with a switch, to be easily accesable under my pillion seat, so I can check fault codes when I'm out and about. I have a short bit of wire made up to check these, but when I'm out & running, it's a pain in the a*** to fit the wire into the plug. I have an intermitant fault that only occurs when I'm out See thread http://forums.sv650.org/showthread.php?t=102350 If this fault occurs again (with switch fitted) I could check what fault code was being displayed, then act upon it I would like to leave the plug 'as is' in case of a fault that has to go back to the dealer, so I think a little extension lead would work for me Any idea's? |
