Default Which chain?

Decided that my bike needs a new chain & sprockets, which is the best chain to get? X-ring or O-ring? Also, is there any difference in sprockets?

Cheers for any help

Oh, it's a Kawk ZX6R 2004 if that makes any difference.

I would second X-ring, DID might be worth a look.

Also you could go OE, but that will prob be the most expensive.

I reckon it doesnt matter much as long as you fit a good quality item and have it rivetted up by someone who knows what they are doing. What does make a big difference is how well you maintain it afterwards.
