Re: Do they do this with UK bike cops?
I've seen a similar thing (albeit much slower) of American cops on dirty great electraglides. I've not, however, seen this sort of fast "slow speed manouevers" before though. V. impressive; vastly moreso than some clown winding a litre bike deep into 3 figures on a motorway.

If there was somewhere in the UK where they teach this sort of riding, I'd sign up like a shot.

Seen a couple of these Jap cop vids, they are mightily impressive and i would love to learn to ride even half as good as that. Matt |

Re: Do they do this with UK bike cops?
When I was getting ready for my test I was quite nervous about the U turn and such, so went round in fig 8's in the uni car park, trying it as slow as I could and trying to get it down to the pegs, good fun when you get the hang of it (not tried it on the SV yet though hehe)
Those guys look brilliant.

We do a cone test but nothing like that we do it at 5 miles an hour and dont use the pegs to turn the bike!!

Pah, looks like my normal commute into town tbh, dodging potholes...swerving over slick manhole covers, dodging stupid pedestrians or cyclists. Its exactly the same. Nearly lol.
