Default wot size of front wet tyre for the SV?

as title says wot size of front tyres are use useing on the SV?

SV tyres are normally 120mm; i wouldnt go wider as this might increase the chace of aquaplanning, even if you do have wets fitted...

aye i thought a 120 my self but ive be offered a set but the front is only a 110 and the only bike i thoguth that used that size really was an aprilia rs125.

anybody useing a 110 on the front of ther bigger bikes or sv?

You'd be better off using the right size road tyres rather than the wrong size wets. A 110 front will sacrifice lean angle, grip and turn in. It's really not worth getting, you'd see little benefit and most likely you'd crash.

i just dont think a 110 is for the bigger bikes 110 would be for an aprilia rs125 the likes of a 250 onwards would be 120.

a ryt i never really new any of ther bigger bikes/sports type of bikes 2 have anything smaller than a 110.

but anyways i dont think the 110 is for the SV.tho dose any 1 run the 110 wet tyre on the front of ther SV???

Nope, why sacrifice though? Go with the 120/70 Pirelli wets.

I meant compromise.....

Its pretty easy to get the optimal tyre for this bike so I wouldnt bother limiting my choice.
