Default Is it easy enough to spray a plastic piece to match a bike?

There's a single seat cowl on fleabay in yellow and I want it black. If I can get it at a reasonable price will it be easy enough to get a spray can matched and do it myself? New ones cost £100 (Not an SV) and I don't really need one.

If you're doing a seat cowl, then probably yes. You can do it with cans (paints4u.com) are pretty good, and some lacquer, 1200 wet and dry, bit of patience, and you're in.
