tyre knackered?

If that were my bike I'd be getting it changed ASAP.
That cracking in the middle means it wont be long till the canvas is through, Z6's go down hill really really quickly when they get to that state. Is that a nail or a mushroom repair in it as well ?

We learned the hard way when our Diablo went like that, we had less than 50 miles before it was down to the canvas.

It'll be fine.
I normally get 1 front to rears as long as the front is in good condition then IMHO you'll be fine to change just the rear.

No problems with doing this, you usually get 1 front to last two rear tyres anyway.
