Service time beckoned once again, so it was off to Perth on Saturday for me and Quedos. With the weather looking a little questionable, we took a direct blast up the motorway to make sure that we arrived in plenty of time.

Once we arrived and got the Kwak booked in, we popped down to Morrisons for a spot of lunch. In view of the fact that it's quite a decent walk in leathers etc, I managed to persuade her to climb on the back of the SV. Well, well - that's an experience the first time round isn't it?

Upon our return to the dealers, she'd clearly had enough of not holding on to the throttle and promptly booked out a VN900 for a test ride......

The verdict? "Now I know why they call them 'Cruisers'" and "why do they make it a 900?"

I didn't manage to persuade them to let me out on the 1400GTR despite my best efforts.

That left us with a pleasant ride back down through Crieff etc and a stop at Stirling services for a coffee. Not bad for a service trip!

I WANT one!! got nowhere to put it and i'm sure dad will not let me have another extension in the garden! Is four bikes too much?

yeah pot kettle black - I just meant she has no time to ride bikes as she is always on blooming holiday lol
