Had some v good news-re my accident
Well its looks to be on its closing stages now
 Been paid out for bike, been paid out for my excess, saw the insurance doc and have now had a letter through from my solicitor from the other parties insurance making an offer on my injuries etc which im going to accept  , not bad seeing as its only taken 8 months from accident-now  .Payment will pay off the daytonas finance and few other things and thats me all sorted. I know it could be a few more months before i recieve the actual payment but im nearly there. Virtual drinks on me (NOT literally!!) lol

yer i thought id better post that ive had SOME good news! lol
also still enjoying the daytona, shes had her first service (500 miles) and is good to go (i actually PROPERLY cleaned her today-wheels aswell!) |

Glad to hear it. 8 Months isnt soooo bad. Though what was it waiting for the blame? I got my Excess back very quickly.

She admitted blame at the scene and straight away to her insurance, its my leg that held things up as it took awhile to heal/they wanted to make sure im 100% again
