Default AR08 Transport arrangements last edition

So the transport is confirmed and booked. All that is left is to sort out the actual picking up of kit from the Soho crowd and the TVSF lot. Weekend of 28/29 June will be the day. Either or. We don't mind which day it is so will leave it to a poll. (It's on it's way).

Basically only vote if your are going to use it (obviously). What ever vote gets the most votes will be the day we travel to pick up the kit. It will be a late AM for London and an early PM for the TVSF.

For Soho it will be the Ace, for the TVSF it will be the Shire.

Get voting.

As mentioned before, there will be available seats for those wishing to travel down, if you can make your way to my house the night before, we will have sleeping space for you. The other option is to arrive on Friday morning.

Jo will be travelling down Friday (probably early afternoon) so everyones kit will be there in plenty of time.

The Poll will be open and multiple votes enabled.

once again thanks for organising this mr ape. what sort of time are you saying you'll be at the ace in the morning you think? if it's early enough i'll do it if not then i'll have to find a way of dropping my kit in with someone who can then drop it for me.

thanks again!!

Well I don't fancy spending the whole day doing this. I want to be back at the Shire for around 12:30. It's got to be about an hour from the Ace to there. So I estimate 10:30 - 11:30. That'll mean leaving home around 9am and getting home around 2:30pm. Off load all the kit into the bike gear room and get the minibus back to the owner.

Strike that. It's going to be an all day job anyway.

Anyway, those are the timings.

It just keeps getting better.

Jo has queried the cost of insurance again. We originally understood it was a cost per day insurance thing. We were wrong. It's actually a cost over 5 days.

Thursday - Monday so 5 days. Total cost 15 Pounds.

11 people voted for this transport in the last poll. So far there are 6 that have voted in this one and not everyone that voted in this one were the ones that voted in the last. No one from TVSF has voted so far (shame on you). There were also others that asked me about reserving a seat. So far only one additional seat is taken, so room for more.
