Default Finally on the road.

I bought my curvy a few month ago knowing it needed a few things. It had been laid down and the front fairing was in beat shape. Also, no clocks. Otherwise, just tune, tighten a few things, clutch adjust, etc and we should be ready to go.

The before...

Not bad, especially for less than $2k.

The after...

Buell dual headlights and fly screen, Shogun frame sliders, stock SV650S gauges mounted with flat steel ground and bent to fit, it almost looks stock from the seat. I did add some bar end mirrors to be safer and legal, but a solid improvement I'd say.

Plus the weather has been great this weekend. I got a solid 12hrs riding over the last couple days. Pretty happy the way this all is coming about.

There's a Fox shock on the rear, I'm not certain the characteristics, the previous owner did the work. Also did some front fork work as well. It handles well, but I'm taking it a bit easy until I get used to it. My old bike was truly old (78 CB550), so this is a new ride in lots of ways.
