I've asked this before im sure, but does anyone else play this game online?
Just posted on the eve forum, kinda loosing interest and want to learn to play the game properly instead of doing missions. Do we still have the Eve-Online players on here??? |

Re: Games-Eve Online
I've moved from Eve over to WoW (pvprp server). I'm an RPer and found RPing from inside our cockpits with only one other in our corp who RPed rather restricting.
Now I'm addicted to WoW. ... and it ain't for kids the way I play it. |

Re: Games-Eve Online
Apparently there is a group in Eve called Eve University who take on nubs and show them all there is to know about the game, Quite a few of my guild remained with them for a while before branching off again
Gave up with Eve myself as I just couldn't quite get into it WoW is just awful, so cartoony, full of kids and all about gear and not skill, but friends of mine keep returning to it when they're bored of other games for a few months here and there, but i'll admit they're good at what they do, its just not for me I'm still fairly addicted to Galaxies but don't play as much as I used to, but thats mainly as i've been watching my weeds, scrubs and bsg boxsets recently |

Re: Games-Eve Online
Ian, thats what i've been advised to do, join up with Eve Uni and learn from there.
I really do like the game, you seen the latest video updates? REally ace stuff, want to get involved and go to war and blow stuff up. But need to learn it first. Im fully kitted, Raven, fully passive drake n such, but need to learn how to use/play the damn thing i've seen WoW, to me its to childlike and cartoony. Graphics in Eve are getting quite good now with the updates, more "real life (ish, i mean its a space game )" opposed to children theme. |
