Question another drop link ?

just got my K8. i had got some droplinks for the rear suspension coz i'm vertically chalanged.

now on inspection the new droplinks are only about 4mm longer from centre to centre than the factory fitted ones.

i orderd 40mm lowering links so its confusing me.. will the seat hight drop 40mm with only 4mm difference in the centre to centre size of new links?

or do i need even longer droplinks?

i'm on tippy toe's with the lowerd seat from suzuki and i'm 5' 2" short. i'm hoping to drop the hight about another 40mm hence the 40mm links which should get me on the balls of my feet.

yup ... loads of us .. might organise a smurf rideout some day

i already have the links, what i would like to know is the answer to above question.

i might be wrong but lowering a link 4mm at suspension aint gonna lower it 40mm at seat.. but i might be wrong this is why i'm asking all you clever ppl here.

i dont want to take the links apart and find out that it aint made any difference. i would rather just make or buy another set to get it right.

Sounds a little more than I would expect, although I would point out I have never lowered an SV only raised.
