I blew up my PC :(
I cleverly wired two 12V hot fan leads together and burned out the motherboard
 So, I'll not be on very much till I get a new one made. ANd then I'll be off to Reading. See ya in a week org!

Spare motherboards? Well, no. Though I do have an entire spare PC, scooby drew's got it. (posting at my brother's, sign of an addict, I need to get up in 4 and a half hours)
But got a nice modern board to replace my old steam-powered one, and a nicer case too, oh, and a faster hard drive. So basically, the same keyboard.

Think the oldest bit in my PC is the floppy drive, though no idea if it still works.

I modded my floppy drive with a blue led but I've never used it (apart from when I built the pc) so don't even know what it looks like!!
It's getting old now, though it still performs extremely well! |
