Default Grippy matting to go under panniers.

Many people have mentioned that they have put this stuff under the Oxford panniers to stop them scratching/rubbing on the paintwork. Now I know that there is an Oxford Blanket, which sells for about £10, but just been to Tesco's and they have a big (car boot) roll of the stuff... £3! Bargain!

Just thought I'd mention as its useful stuff!

Aldi do the same sort of stuff for about 3 quid too. I got two 10m rolls about 3 years ago and have cut out doubled up fitted pieces to suit my Gixer, Daytona and SV plus a few mates bikes and still have loads left over.

Bum. Wish I'd known sooner, just shelled out 8 notes for some Motrax WonderWeb that's less than a metre square.

The last tıme I used pammıers I bought some Fablon type stuff from Focus. Stıck ıt where there wıll be potentıal rubbıng and just peel off after the trıp.
Admıttedly ıts a one job use but ıt doesnt move about and so theres no rısk of the paınt gettıng rubbed away due to the mat movıng. It looks a lot neater aswell..................
