Can a scouser
Please tell me what parking restrictions exist on Seel Street L1.
Lad got a ticket there yesterday, so did his work colleague. But he says everybody else parked there was unmolested. He wants to appeal it. but in order to do so I need to know the current restrictions. Tried searching the net. But cannot find any details

I found a leaflet online that said city centre parking bays in the 'pool are for cars only.
I can't remember what I was looking for at the time, but I came across this and thought, 'Oh, righto, thanks for letting us know'. I've never seen anything particually obvious about it anywhere else, like on the street for instance! |

yes, but he was in a car derived van, a Renault Kangoo. Plus t'internet does not list restrictions in specific streets. or I cannot find them
