Default Can a scouser

Please tell me what parking restrictions exist on Seel Street L1.

Lad got a ticket there yesterday, so did his work colleague. But he says everybody else parked there was unmolested. He wants to appeal it. but in order to do so I need to know the current restrictions.

Tried searching the net. But cannot find any details

I found a leaflet online that said city centre parking bays in the 'pool are for cars only.

I can't remember what I was looking for at the time, but I came across this and thought, 'Oh, righto, thanks for letting us know'. I've never seen anything particually obvious about it anywhere else, like on the street for instance!

Here it is.

Obviously he should have trawlled the internet first before daring to park in a parking place.

Why don't you ask a Police Officer at your local police station or a Traffic Warden?

Most disappointing thread in ages.

There was me thinking someone had invented a device to stuff scousers into tin-cans.

Think it's where the Zanzibar and Alma de Cuba are.
