Shares, my losses today
Damm American politicians, bankers, debtors and all.
Today you have cost me £248.00. That is my highest one day battering. I only have a few shares. As a one day loss it hurts. I could have had one heck of a drink for that.

Can beat that mate-the wifes company "merged"-bonus payments cancelled, on the same day my department got a new name, additional work along with what we had been doing, special payment cancelled=over 2000 bangers away in one day-still its only money eh?

Well if I say HBOS and B&B you might guess my losses exceed yours,but sinse I never actually paid any money for my shares I dont see it as a loss.Just a free punt that never came off.The masters of the universe will never let the small investor win.

I have a plan so cunning you could put a tail on it and call it a weasel....
The org has... what... around five hundred active / semi active members? If we all look down the back of the sofa tonight, and each of us find a quid in loose change, well, I reckon we might be able to buy our very own bank

Heres my ploppers in the old portfolio recently:-
I purchased a quantity of B&B @ 433.84p now worth around 20p each I purchased a quantity of LTSB @ 501.84p now worth around 226p each I purchased a quantity of PHP @ 449p now worth around 275p each |
