Default Alreet chaps,noob sayin hi

Alreet chaps,New member and new rider.

Just thought id say hello and get some pics of my 1st big bike out there

Shes a 2001 650s. Had a topple off the side stand so replaced fairing with ATX jobby from the US.Fits like a dream and looks the bizness too if u ask me. Fitted a hi level micron race system(ahhh, the delicate sound of thunder!), Arrow rearsets and the usual solo seat and hugger.Jacked it up 25mm at the back n replaced front forks with stiffer springs and heavier oil.The Honda rossi paint-job wont be on her forever tho, thinkin bout a relentless suzuki job or maybe goin retro with a lucky strike scheme. thanks for lookin and glad to part of the V-twin massive

That fairing is wierd! I like it.

Would look far better in stealth colour with a GSXR fork conversion to replace the spindly standard offerings though...

I quite like the colours of the bike, however i do agree the gsxr conversion is a good idea.

i rode my best mates stock sv and wow there is no comparioson between his stock bike and mine with the gsxr 750 front and fully adjustable hyper pro rear.

Go on mate put the front end on ! you will far from regret it!

Hehe, you should see my fender-extender.

Those lights would look nice with a clear plate matching fairing and just reflectors behind... like old gixxer style.

P.s let me know how rearsets hold up in a proper crash... I want some but only if they are tough.
