Does anyone still fall for this?

I had an ex who would love to receive mails like this, he was part of an internet group who took great delight in answering these requests and would then take the sender for a long torturous ride, often involving tattooing, silly photos and general meanness. If you think the people who act on these messages are silly, you should see the photos of the scammers with rude tattoos and t-shirts. It is almost enough to make you weep with laughter.

Bless them, they bring us joy, when not stealing our identity.

I remember seeing a long post about someone who managed to get the scammers to send them hundreds of dollars for postage to Nigeria. The scammers were so happy they thought they were going to get thousands of dollars worth of laptops in return for a fake western union money transfer. Good to see the tables turned.
