bikes been killed ive got a broken sholder and im well ****ed off. i know that he will deny everything s.o.p's even though ive got two witnesses. was going down a34 he pulls into the inside lane and pushed me into the curb, me and the bike went barrel rollin down the road game over. never been so glad to spend £500 on a shoei helmet, and decent textiles.
if any ov you know a decent brief give me a shout.

Mate first thing you should do is confirm your witnesses details & make sure they're still contactable - all too often I hear of cases going 50/50 or at the very least being made harder to prove, because there were no witnesses, or the witnesses didn't show/weren't contactable, etc.

If you can get them sorted then it should make life a lot easier!

sorry to hear mate, gws, my bikes dead and have a broken elbow last thursday, does ur insurance not provide a legal team??

I agree with Dappa- check if you have legal cover on your insurance before pursuing an independant lawyer.

Did the Police attend hun, get him done for due care. The Police report will also be good evidence re a claim if you do go down that line.

All I can say is DON'T LET THEM PUT YA ARM IN A SLING !!!!! LOL Hope you heal quickly, I know how painful broken shoulder is and big hugs. Take care hun xx
