N.C.P. carparks for bikes?
anyone use them, are they safe?
its a one off as i need to attend a course in cardiff, the bike would be alarmed, and disc locked, but no chain they always seem a bit dark for my liking although i read that you can ride around the barrier to avoid paying

Didn't even think they did bike parking mate.
Whatever happens chain your bike to something that cant be moved!!!!! Are all Welsh people this tight with their money????? ^^^^^^^ lol |
