why is it when you drink the stuff it begins to heat up in your mouth to the extent of burning the feck out of ya gob!

could i coat the inside of my mouth in wax like homer did in the chillie eating contest?

Do you heat it up in the microwave first? In a microwave it still carries on cooking for a little while when you take it out.
