spent hundreds of pounds at christmas on x-box goodies for my eldest. so imagine my disapproval when one of the games fail to load in. turns out theres a circular mark on the games cd. anyone else experienced this? concerned it may damage all the games hes got.

He's probably moved it when it was loading a disc, that then scratches them in a circular manner as you say

He must have scratched it putting it in the case. Some of my games fail to laod sometimes, even if theyre new. Just give it a clean with a fine cloth.

I did that once when I knocked the xbox over when the disc was in. Actually heard the disc scratch inside. I took it back to the shop and said I'd just got round to playing it and it wouldn't load up!
