Saw Priest at the NEC 2 or 3 years ago (the gig where the Scorpions also headlined) - not a bad show.

Would like to see Testament and Megadeth live, too.

Not a big fan of Wembley though. I saw Metallica there & I was so far away from the action even images on the video screens were tiny dots.

Give me a gig at the Astoria any day....oh wait, they've gutted the place

That must have been like a "Scream Off".

Bloody hell, Judas Priest must all be on Zimmer frames etc.

I saw them at Preston Guild Hall sometime about 1978, boy were they crap. I hope they have improved over the years. Still cannot be any worse

you know what its like though Tim, you grow up with a certain kind of music, even if they go down hill they are still great to watch.

i grew up listemimg to Priest and even if they were a hundred yr old (they arent are they ?) id still love to watch them live,

Tim, surely you must feel the same way about the bands of your youth?

Mozart, Beefoven, Handel and the like.................

Cheeky bugger,

Actually the bands I saw in my yoof were :-

Led Zepplin (twice), rush, deep purple, saxon, sad cafe, rainbow, whitesnake.
oh and Judas Priest, when they were booed at Preston.

OK I will admit that in the last 5 years I have also seen the Italian State Opera doing a Verdi tribute, Watch a performance of Don Giovanni. But that's the thing. I like most good music. I don't judge the genre (except gangsta hip hop crap). I listen then judge

I have seen terrible stuff like the Macc Lads, great stuff like the Stones, experience stuff Magdonna, Byan Adams, blow your mind away stuff like Bruce Springsteen.
