Feeling a bit low today

...our friend Will died suddenly He had a heart attack. He was only 53, had never smoked, rarely drank - and on those rare occasions when he did it would be just a drop of single malt. He was as thin as a rake too. He set up the IT in my old office and if he was in Shrewsbury he would often drop in, just for a chat. He used to complain that he had had to cancel the day's fishing he'd planned to attend a client callout. I'm going to his funeral next Friday, over at Newtown, and I guess to the burial too.

I feel so sad about him. Too young to die, and too nice. Why bother about tomorrow - it might never come

I wonder why everyone seems hell bent on working every minute of the day for that exact reason.

Your right live life for today and not tomorrow,i fell ill 3 years ago scared the sh!t out
of me totally changed my outlook on life,that's part of the reason i decided to get my bike licence, not being morbed but i'd rather die on my bike doing something i love,rather than a hospital bed.

53 is no age at all is it ed.
you should live the day as if its your last but i guess your friend had a family and unselfishly put them first a lot of the time, hence the long working hours.
