Unhappy Curvy won't rev past 8000rpm.

Hello
I got a little problem with my sv 650n (2000 year). First some links to photo of my carburators etc.

Does someone know how power was blocked in sv with these yers of production ?? During dissection I did not notice any , orifice, blockades of throttle itd. Vavle piston are good, without any hole. Any ideas ??

My english sucks, sorry for that

Have you tried checking if the foam under the tank has got loose? Happened to me, bike wouldn't go past 8.5krmp as it was being sucked into the airbox. Removed the foam and all was well again.

Witam

I take it your throttle lines are not blocked by anything? Can you roll the throttle grip fully open? I'm asking because I've blocked the wheel thingy on your 6th pic, when playing with mine.
Other than that... You've got both cylinders running? Check for the foamy stuff and I'm pretty sure 33 bhp restricted ones rev to the max.... :/

Someone will be here with more ideas pretty quick.

Did something happen suddenly or did you buy it like this?

Oh, and if you plan to stick around I suggest you get used to this kind of comments

Cheers

ok, I've never dabbled with restrictors, how does this work with a curvy??

I've read on here about washers in carbs, is there a second way?
