lights flickering and blowing - SV650.org

hi all,

my bloody twin headlights still keep on blowing on my gixer got rubbers from halfords and still keep doing it. ive changed headlight unit, brackets, reg/rec, redone all wiring, tested voltage seems bit low but ok, and its always the left bulb that goes first. when in neutral the light seems to flicker and when i rev it it seems to dim quite abit. have asked people i know and they dont have a clue.

have you checked earthing straps are all ok?

What voltage do you get on idle?
What is your idle revs?
