Question fitting kappa rack

Just got hold of a cheap kappa rack off ebay .

Instructions are a bag of cack .

Been using for a couple of days with 35l box and noticed the bolts that fit the brackets on the grab rail are loose .....

Should I need to thread lock em ?

Cheers Steveg

I've got a Givi, but it's probably similar. My advice would be to definitely thread lock the bolts as one of mine kept moving and scratched the grab rail and then on Saturday (I had taken the rack off to remove pillion pegs) despite doing them ultra tight one of the brackets still came loose and fell off! Luckily it was only half a mile from home and the bracket hit my foot so I knew something had happened

Thanks for your reply , the Givi rack is like the kappa , the design where it clips over the grab rail is pants .
Have applied plenty of thread lock to bolts , hopefully this sorts it out .

Box looks pants , but is really usefull for work

Cheers Steve
