Default Weepy clutch cover

My curvy has it. Always had it. Never really bothered me but i am starting to get fed up of my belly pan getting fully of crap after a while and have decided its probably better just to sort it out. Any tried n trusted methods to fix this out there?

you can just buy a new big o-ring that goes inside it.

Be careful doing it up as it is only plastic the clutch cover.

p.s lean it over far enough and you don't need to drain the oil!

Really? I always though it was a bit more than just replace the o-ring..

well it depends I've had two sv's and just the o-seal has solved it,

if its warped then thats a different matter - you can put it on a very flat surface to determine that.

My first one went because the dealership over filled it.

Once it leaks it'll leak forever if you don't replace the whole lot IMO. The plastic clutch cover warps and that's it. I got a new Suzuki genuine seal which I seem to remember being horrendously expensive for what it was and used blue Hylomar gasket seal and torqued it all down and it still ended up leaking again.

The cover on my 1st SV weeped, bought a 2nd hand cover off someone on here, but as said before it is only made of plastic so dont overtighten it or it will warp again

Its about 56 quid for a new cover, I had this problem tried changing the o ring twice along with adding blue sealant.

Ended up buying a new cover/ o ring and it hasn't leaked since
