According to this website http://www.whatgreencar.com/search/mpg which I found on google, the Smart Four Two will do 85 MPG.

My Cmax just fits in to the top 50.

What lab tested mpg or what? That's all bullocks anyway.

They ran some bikes on the lab test for mpg and came out with 60 or 70mpg where they were doing 40 ridden normally.

My A-Class 2.0 Petrol did 42.3 Average MPG to and from Newcastle, that was over 450 miles of motorway. I'd guess those figures are tested there.

I had one of these as a courtesy car the other week and even around Birmingham it was still averaging something a lot better than I get even on motorways in mine.

my citroen 2.0 Turbo diesel does 75mpg at 70 on the motorway, 60 at 80 - the price you pay is that you wouldn't think it had a turbo its that pathetic! it is old though and only bought it to used as a scrappage scheme car but now I'm kinda fond of it (its called ****roen)

My gf has just got a new fiesta 1.4 diesel as her lease car so will let you know.
