What is the best air ambulance? http://www.heathrowairambulance.com/ or
http://www.airambulanceinternational.com.? In the UK? They both charge the same. |

What do you mean what is the best? I don't get the question. Do you have a choice.
If you are lying in the ditch and an air ambulance comes along you aren't guna send it away to wait for another one are you?

They come all the way to Manchester to help out. This was after an air-crash, we airlifted one out in I99, Helimed 99 took the other.
