Default Which recovery?

Shopping around for breakdown recovery this dark evening and looking for any pointers or horror stories which the kind folk of the Org may have. The prices are all seeming around the same and I can't decide which one to go with.

Also, most of the covers are worded as "breakdown", does this include accidents?

Cheers

Don't touch AA. I've so far been left 5 hours standing by the A12 as they didn't have anyone to come and help, and told they don't recover from the M25 (the mechanic couldn't fix the issue).

This was for my bike. But my fathers never had an issue with them.

That's what I'm worried about. Don't fancy getting one which doesn't come and pick up my bike if I stack it, yet all the covers I read about on the net don't remotely mention accident recovery.
