2001 Hornet needs new home!

With the race bikes now taking up far too much room in the garage, the Hornet has to be reluctantly sacrificed.

I'd happily sell this bike to my best mate (except he's not a biker!) and its a peach. There's absolutely *nothing* that needs doing or is wrong with it.

2001, in Blue with 20,000 miles. Its ready to go and has had just about every consumable part replaced in the last 12 months.

Standard apart from:
Viper titanium end can (sounds delicious) + std exhaust
New EBC blueline pads front, HH pads rear
New chain and sprockets.
Scottoiler
Dr Bike heated grips
12V satnav socket under seat.
Fenda extenda
I'll throw in an Oxford satnav bag/map pocket with the sale.

I've renovated the front forks and yokes and they look spanky.
I've serviced it
Its been washed after every ride, even dry rides.
Its never missed a beat in the time I've had it.
Serviced history and loads of receipts.

Bad bits:
There's a repair to the right hand side of the fairing right on the edge of the fairing that has been done my the previous owner, but a blind nam on a galloping horse wouldn't see it... and that's it!

Its taxed to Feb (I think) and MOT'd till July (it'll fly through the next one)

Great first bike, second bike or advanced bike. It'll scratch, tour and everything in between and its a LOT more comfortable than the SV!

You can have your choice of the Racetec tyres that are on there or I can put on a nearly new set of Pilot Powers for you. There's even a spare Renntec front if you want it.
I'll set the suspension up perfectly to suit your weight and riding style if you buy it.

Thats so cheap I could cry, but it needs to go.

No wonder you were quickest @ (Catterick) - the others were at Leeming !

It had an Oil and filter change and a new set of tyres after Leeming.

...and a wash!
