I have, but I don't usually. I have done it this year because my bike hasn't been off the road for a good strip down, clean & maintain for 22000 miles. I want to replace fork springs, oil, grease head & swing are bearings, etc, and possibly do some paint work, before taxing it again as soon as it is ready.

My bike has been sitting in the garage since the start of October.

Took the wheels off this week to get some new tyres, then taking it over too the uk on thursday for the bike show, an autojumble sale and a ride over a long weekend.

Should be fun but cold, chance to test out these Pirelli Diablo Strada's assuming they'll be mixed conditions and road surfaces.

I with Kwak. If it's SORN and you get a nice day I'd be gutted. I was out on the bike yesterdday. Did about 100 miles for no other reason than I could. Roads were a bit greasy and damp in places but it was still good fun.
