I've often wondered what ratio of naked to faired SV's there are. Doing any rideout or weekend the faired are always in a majority, so I thought I'd do a poll!
![]() I've given people to option to vote more than once, as I know some have owned both curvy and pointy. Sadly, you can't vote more than once for one option though. I haven't included a fully faired curvy, as that was never offered as standard.

Thats because people buy the fully faired as a weekend bike - hence you see them at the weekends
![]() Many of us use the SV as a commuter, and really wouldn't want, or want to spend the extra on a fully faired just to get them ruined ..... |

On this poll maybe - but not on the road.

Yellow and curvy with lowers hugger and cowl al colour matched, the original owner spent a lot of money and didn't ride it a lot.

First SV was a naked curvy - when I was looking for a naked there were far too many faired ones about!
Now have a faired SV1000 and must admit am grateful for the fairing...
