I was out on the Superduke yesterday, couple of hundred miles, normal thing.
Coming back I dropped in on Martin & Kate for brew and chat, anyway when I left, jumped on the bike, riding down the road and a new symbol came up on the dash, it was a sort of wagon wheel thing flashing? I stopped in a garage and had a quick check over everything, but nothing looked or felt out of place and all the fluids were find, took it easy all the way home.... Checked the manual once back, turns out it has an outside sensor for temps below freezing to warn of potential Ice about....neat. I'm guessing not many owners of these bikes has found that..... ![]() Cheers Mark.

Why would you need an outside temperature gauge on a bike?!

As I don't freeze any part of me off these days, I know what to wear, I wasn't aware it was below freezing, not something I'd look for on a bike, but useful if it's there I suppose.
Cheers Mark

I could have done with one when commuting by bike, once all plugged in, heated clothing to max and all toasty it was easy to forget that while I was warm it might be icy out.
Managed an ace two wheel drift once when forgetting that (promptly followed by needing a new pair of underwear when I realised how close I'd come to binning it). Druid
