Yes your mental.
And if you can afford it, get fully comp on a very nickable bike like a busa. *edit* Or at least TPFT cover. Last edited by speedplay; 29-12-09 at 05:20 PM. |

Go for it - but get a test ride first, in case it doesn't fit.

Do the maths. If it doesn't make financial sense to pay the extra for FC (like if it's £850 with £400 total excess or something daft like that) then don't get FC. But if FC seems like good value get FC.

for the first year go fully comp if you can. if you are going to drop it you'll do it then. shop around as well, my modified busa, 660 tenere, ktm 250 exc and 750 super tenere are only £320 fully comp for all 4 with business use. insured through ebike
insurance is the least of your worries, running costs are the killer if you use it a lot......... 1200 miles out of a rear tyre, 2500 ish out of a front although I have just changed to michelin road pilot 2's so should get better milage. 8000 miles out of the original chain and sprockets, and dont even mention brake pads............ sean Last edited by busasean; 29-12-09 at 06:26 PM. |
