There's a pic further up the thread where he explains it. Take camera (Canon 5D) out of tank bag with left hand and shoot left handed while holding the camera from above. The wide angle lenses help with the framing, I'm just not sure I'd be very comfortable doing that while leaning into the corners like he is!
