for once things have gone right for my eldest.

Don't ask me where things went wrong she is too old, proud to say why, but she was never called to the bar after doing her Bar Vocational Course and for the last 2 years has worked at the local A&E as a receptionist with a law degree.

She has been struggling to get a proper job in law, no experience. She went for an interview for a trainee legal exec on Friday and got the phone call at lunchtime. she starts in a weeks time.

Pay is not brilliant, an hours commute. But it gets her the experience she needs. She has just resigned. fingers now crossed that things work out and hopefully she will soon be able to sod off on her own.

Fingers crossed and Congrats. However you do know that they always return once they have sodded off! (when you least expect it to)
