SV650 Yellow Naked 2001 FOR SALE

Here is my yellow naked SV650. I bought this bike as stolen/recovered. The only damage was the thieves broke the top yoke to remove the ignition lock. The gear lever was snapped and the pillion seat was removed and the alarm wires cut. The top yoke has been replaced.

I have bought a lock set from a Suzuki main dealer to replace the ignition, tank and seat locks. These cost £315 and I have the receipt.

I have also fitted new mirrors and rear brake pads. I have the pads for the front but they did not need changing (these will come with the bike). I also refurbished all the brake cylinders with new seals and rubbers. Only 1 mirror shown in the pictures below because I hadn't fitted the other one at the time - they are both new. I have given it an oil change and new oil filter and have two new plugs that will also come with the bike (the plugs did not need changing).

It has twin IXIL pipes which look and sound great. I also have the belly pan but as you can see it is not fitted but in good condition.

The gear lever and pillion seat have been replaced and because they cut the alarm wire I have removed the alarm system because I did not have the alarm key fob.

The bike comes with a full year MOT done on the 16th Feb 2010. There is no road tax due to me being insured on my other bike. I have a new V5 from the DVLA. This bike is registered as a Cat C.

The mileage is genuine and reads 21021.

The condition is fair to good considering its age. It is kept in my garage.

I am looking for £1200 ono.

I would/could/can offer you £850 at the end of the month. This is obviously less than what you have asked for but it's taking into account the CAT C elements, the mileage and tax.

An offer to mull over. And ignore should you feel it necessary.

Thanks for your offer but I am looking for something nearer my asking price. I have spent about £500.00 repairing it.
